H.L.P.C. is a prayer center designed to bring positive change at the local, state, national, and international level. Our mission and vision is prayer. Pastor T & Judith created the center in honor of their mother's rich legacy of prayer.  Harriet was a Nurse, an avid reader, a mother of four (4), a wife of 25 years, and a Philanthropist. She enjoyed helping couples who were experiencing domestic violence in their relationships by praying with them and providing biblical counseling on how couples should behave towards one another. Harriet believed that prayer could improve any circumstance, so her daughters Pastor T and Judith intend to continue their Mom's rich legacy of prayer.
